Activities for Kids who love to be Upside Down!
Has your little one ever squint at you from between her legs as she takes in the world from an upside down point of view? Funny and cute, right?
At Gymbus, we witnessed a lot of such moments!
By teaching the body to perform independently as well as interacting with static equipment, the ability for faster development of spatial awareness and body control is achieved. Gymnastics allows children the chance to think for themselves, to stimulate their imaginations and to solve problems safely.
As kids grow, they have the ability to contort their bodies into all kinds of crazy positions. Next time, when you see your little one hanging upside down, don’t redirect them! Instead, supervise and encourage as they give their sensory processing systems the input they need to get in sync!
