A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. A tax Invoice is also sent to the customer along with online invitations. Another confirmation is sent during the week prior to the event date. It is your responsibility to ensure the day, date and time of the booking is correct. If the GymBus attends your birthday party or event on the date and time on your confirmation and tax invoice, and the customer has booked the incorrect day, date and/or time, the customer will forfeit the total payment.
