GymBus Birthday Party Prices – range from $388 down to $295
Our prices are worked out on the distance we have to travel from the existing bookings in the system to your doorstep, or the desired party location. The less we have to travel, the less you pay.
When using the CHECK AVAILABILITY tab located in the bottom right corner of your screen, make sure you enter the street number and name for your home or venue, so you can view the different prices available to you. It is a good idea to use the drop-down menu provided by Google to get the correct suburb and location.
Children’s parties can be the most exciting day of the year. It gives you the opportunity to let your imagination go wild, and make the occasion really special for your child.
The GymBus will take the hassle out of organising the day, making it as enjoyable for you as it will be for your child.

GymBus kids birthday parties are exclusive to you and your guests. GymBus is the perfect idea for busy mums, no fuss and easy.
Holiday Programs
Costs are depend on number of hours GymBus would be required, distance we would have to travel and time of day.
The GymBus can accommodate up to 26 children at any one time.
- 26 or less would be a 1 hour program.
- 26 to 50 children then we recommend an hour and half program and split them in to 2 groups of 45 minutes.
- 50 to 75 children would be 2 hours of 3 groups x 40 minutes or 3 times 1 hour sessions.
The GymBus is a mobile indoor playground with modified gymnastics and play equipment.
It is specially designed to encourage children to roll swing, climb hang and tumble their way around the bus.
Get the children out of the centre with out all the hassles of an excursion or the travel costs.
A qualified entertainer will bring the GymBus to your centre to take the children through all the activities the GymBus has to offer.

The GymBus is a great attraction at country shows, exhibitions, expos, music festivals, gymkanas, in fact any gathering where lots of children need to be entertained.
The children go on the GymBus up to 26 at a time for approximately 10 mins. This gives parents a rest or the chance to look around knowing the children are well supervised and safe.
Show committees can hire the GymBus for the duration of the event. (Minimum 4 hours for country towns). Costs are determined by the travel distance plus the hourly hire rate.

- To cover costs, charge an entry fee, of $2.00 – $5.00.
If your event is well attended, the GymBus can generate $200.00 – $300.00 per hour.

What if I need to change a booking for a birthday party?
Please call us as soon as you know you would like to change your booking. A $77.00 incl Gst fee will apply to moving a booking, as all other bookings for this time slot will have been turned away.
