About Us

Hornsby RSL Youth Club Gymnastics is offering children the wonderful opportunity to celebrate their next birthday with a fun filled GYMNASTICS PARTY!!

Our gymnastics parties offer lots of different activities for your child’s special day. Parties include games and warm up activities, circuit work, use of all the gymnastics equipment including the bars, beam, floor, vault, rings and trampoline…..and of course time for the birthday cake and party food!

When you book a party with Hornsby RSL Youth Club Gymnastics you will have exclusive use of the gym for the duration of your child’s party, which will be run by two Gymnastics Australia qualified coaches!

Details of our GYMNASTICS PARTIES are as follows:

WHEN ARE PARTIES HELD?

Parties are held on Sundays.

Time slots options are: 10am – 12pm OR 12:30pm – 2:30pm.

An afternoon time slot of 3pm – 5pm may be available upon request so please contact the club prior to booking.

DURATION?

Parties run for 2 hours. This includes 90 minutes of gymnastics activities and 30 minutes for party food.

COST?

$340 per party – with a maximum of 20 children permitted. If you wish to have more than 20 children, this must be pre approved and an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of an addition coach that will be required.

AGES?

Parties are run for children turning 4 years and above. Please note – that any children (either birthday child or guests) who are 5 years of age and below, and NOT at school, MUST have a parent or guardian on the floor with them at all times.

PARTY FOOD?

Hornsby RSL Youth Club Gymnastics does not cater for parties. Parents are responsible for providing the food and drink of their choice for their child’s birthday. Party table and chairs are provided and there is a small fridge, freezer and microwave available for use.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT?

Bookings are now available ONLINE for birthday parties. See below. Full payment is required at the time of making your booking to secure your party date.

CANCELLATIONS?

If for any reason you need to cancel your child’s party booking, a non refundable $100 fee will be withheld for any cancellations made with more than two weeks notice, the remaining amount will be refunded to you upon request. If your cancellation is within the two week period prior to the party date, no refund will be given.
