1. Fetes, Fairs and Fundraising

At some point during the coming year, your school, Pre School, kindergarten or playgroup is going to plan a fete, fair or some other kind of fundraising event. The GymBus is an independent entertainment activity that you can hire for an hour or a day to attract and entertain children at your event. A supervisor will monitor groups of up to 20 children aged from 3 to about 12 years for approximately 5 minutes of physically active play. Once you have hired the GymBus, you can decide on the entry fee, how to collect payment and best of all, you keep all the profits.

2. Orientation/Getting to Know You Day

At the beginning of each school year there may be new students to the school or classroom. An orientation activity can be just the thing to get the year off to a good start by providing a fun atmosphere in which children can get to know each other. Our GymBus entertainers can provide activities that will facilitate the process.

3. Rewards Day

Several services that we have been involved with over the years, have had the GymBus as a reward activity at the end of the term or year. The GymBus along with our supervisors can take classes or groups of up to 25 children for fun and games. The minimum is one hour, which would suit 1 group of 25 children for 60 minutes or 2 groups for 30 minutes. For schools, the GymBus can do up to 10 x 30 minute groups in a school day.

4. One Day Fitness Program

For schools, or large groups, the GymBus can do up to 10 x 30 minute groups or 8 x 40 minute classes in a school day. Each class is divided into 5 groups and rotate through the 5 distinct colour coded areas of the GymBus, completing a total of up to 15 different activities. It’s a great physical challenge for the children.

5. 5 – 10 Week Gym program

Each week, the activities vary and become progressively more difficult, providing the children with a complete fundamental movement program.
