Recent statistics have not been favorable about teenagers:
- 1 in 5 teens are overweight or obese and increasing
- Teens favourite drink is Coca Cola
- 1 in 10 students eat fast food 3 times a week
- 7 out of 10 don’t walk or ride to school
- We need to ensure that children are enhancing their lives and knowledge in exercise as they mature into teenage years becoming fitter, healthier and more positive in their daily lives
- Each week we can show some fun ways to exercise with family/friends or other children in a school playground environment that can help increase: Balance, Agility, Co-ordination, Strength & Conditioning, Fitness levels, Knowledge of Sports and much more
