You may only use this website for lawful purposes and will not use it in any way that violates the rights of any third party. You recognize that the content of this website is only intended for your own personal non-commercial use and you may download, print or use content for this purpose.

Unless you have prior consent you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, imitate, publish or commercially exploit, or link into this website.

The copyright, trademark and other intellectual property contained within this website are owned by GymBus Family Trust, and unless authorised, the use or misuse of them is forbidden.

All care is taken to ensure that our website is free of viruses or other dangerous content, however we cannot guarantee that its use will not cause damage to your computer or other devices. It is the responsibility of the user to have the necessary anti-virus software and other protective measures in place.

By ticking the box indicating that you have read GymBus?s Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to GymBus sending you advertising material by mail, email or by telephone or text message using the details you provide us with including your name, your child?s name and age, your address, telephone number and email address.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a booking or request for a booking for reasons of unavailability, pricing error or an error in your booking. Please refer to the serviced areas on the website before making a booking or request. An order, booking or request is not considered valid unless a payment is received.

Quotes by telephone, online or in writing are valid for 3 months only for the time and date requested. A quote does not guarantee that the day date and time on the quote will be available when the booking is finally made. Availability will change regularly, dependent on bookings made online and by phone.

A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. A tax Invoice is also sent to the customer along with online invitations. Another confirmation is sent during the week prior to the event date. It is your responsibility to ensure the day, date and time of the booking is correct. If the GymBus attends your birthday party or event on the date and time on your confirmation and tax invoice, and the customer has booked the incorrect day, date and/or time, the customer will forfeit the total payment.

? No changes are permitted on the day of booking.
? Fees and costs are subject to change without notice
? All changes to a booking can only be made with our Customer Service Team. Applicable alteration charges and conditions apply when the new booking is made.

• Cancellations, rescheduling and alterations to a birthday party booking or holiday program booking will incur a charge of $77.00 (including GST) if these changes are made with at least 2 weeks notice from the date of the booking.
• If a cancellation, reschedule or alteration to a birthday party booking occurs with less than 2 weeks notice, you will forfeit 50% of the total cost of the booking.

Cancellations, rescheduling and alterations to a booking for an event of 2 hours or more will incur a charge of $165.00 (including GST) if these changes are made with at least 4 weeks notice from the date of the booking.

All party bookings with 2 weeks or less notice will forfeit 50% of their booking fee.

Payments:
Birthday Parties: Full payment is required at the time of booking both by phone or online. Credit or debit card, MasterCard and Visa can make payments only. Online bookings are discounted by $20.00 (may vary without notice)

Holiday Programs and Events: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable on or before the date of the event. All bookings are to be made with the GymBus Telephone Sales team. Payments can be made by credit or debit card, MasterCard and Visa only, or by direct credit into the GymBus bank account. Cheques are accepted but other methods are preferred.

Our drivers and entertainers are not permitted to accept payments in any form. All payment are to be made via the online booking process or through the GymBus office.

To ensure the day date and time of the booking is correct. If the GymBus attends your birthday party or event on the day, date and time on your confirmation and tax invoice, and the customer has booked the incorrect day, date and/or time, the customer will forfeit the total payment.

? That the venue is suitable for a double decker bus, the dimensions of which are:

Height ? 4.3 metres
Length ? 10 metres
Width ? 2 metres

? Check for height clearance of 4.7 metres, i.e low electrical and telephone wires, over-hanging trees and branches. A solid road surface and large turning circle are needed. The GymBus is roughly a similar size to a rubbish truck. GymBus will not be held responsible for any wires pulled done if they are below the required height.

? Check with local councils when using public parks, areas and facilities. Some venues charge fees for commercial enterprise.

The delivery area must be within the serviced area indicated on the maps on our website.

The arrival time on your confirmation/tax invoice is an estimate. GymBus reserves the right to vary the arrival time by up to 15 minutes due to road, traffic or weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
