    Our plan is… we use anti-bacterial wipes and sprays on all surfaces before and after every party. The host will have all the guests, going on the GymBus, to wash their hands before and after, for as long as it takes to sing, the Happy Birthday Song – TWICE.

    Your exclusive indoor kids birthday party play centre, that comes to your home, or a venue of your choice. With an entertainer, for up to 26 kids, for 1 hour, you get to sit back and relax with your guests!

    Frequently asked questions about our kids birthday parties

    What if I need to cancel the booking or change it?
    • Cancellations, rescheduling and alterations to a birthday party booking or holiday program booking will incur a charge of $77.00 (including GST) if these changes are made with at least 2 weeks notice from the date of the booking.
    • If a cancellation, reschedule or alteration to a birthday party booking occurs with less than 2 weeks notice, you will forfeit 50% of the total cost of the booking.
    What happens if it is raining?

    Rain hail or shine, the GymBus continues as normal.

    How many children can go on the GymBus at one time?

    The recommended maximum is 26, If you have more than 26 children, you may want to run two or more groups of up to 20 for 30 or 45 minutes each.

    What are the parking requirements for the GymBus?

    The GymBus is 10m long (about 2.5 car lengths) 2 metres wide (about the width of a garbage truck) and 4.3 metres high. Program organisers need to check the height of branches on trees, power lines, entry gates etc. It requires a flat sealed road or firm grass or road base, a slight slope is manageable, and a shaded area is desirable. It is best to provide someone to guide the GymBus into place. Any concerns, please call our office on 0429 770 277

    What happens if the GymBus is late?

    We will call if the bus is running late, please always allow 15 minutes for any unforeseen circumstances.

    What happens if the GymBus doesn’t turn up?

    In the unlikely circumstances that this might happen, we will refund your payment in full.

    What if I need to change a booking for a birthday party?

    Please call us as soon as you know you would like to change your booking. A $77.00 incl Gst fee will apply to moving a booking, as all other bookings for this time slot will have been turned away.
